A municipal jobsite sits in public view, in the middle of a city, with a fence line and not much else standing between the work and whoever walks up to it at night. For Bomel, that gap between the fence being crossed and anyone finding out was the whole risk — it is what turns a trespass into stolen equipment, cut copper, or a torched piece of gear.
Fixed-angle jobsite cameras were never going to close it. A parking structure changes shape daily: decks rise, staging shifts, and the lens that owned the site in week one is staring at a wall by week six.

When it flags something real, the site fights back. The strobe fires, the talkdown speaker puts a live human voice on the intruder, and verified activity goes straight to police intercept so dispatch is moving without a phone tree in between.
Four PTZ cameras give the team lenses they can drive — pan, tilt, zoom on demand, and re-aim entirely as the structure grows, so coverage keeps pace with the build instead of freezing on a day-one view.
The 360° camera at each station closes the one gap a PTZ can't cover on its own: the ground directly beneath it. Between the two corners, the perimeter overlaps with no dead zones.
