The USS Midway Museum — one of San Diego's most visited landmarks — remains open to the public throughout construction, and the surrounding waterfront areas continue to operate without interruption. With visitors, tenants, and neighboring businesses active on all sides, any incident, damage claim, or dispute about pre-existing conditions carries immediate real-world consequences.

Because the USS Midway Museum and surrounding waterfront remained open and operational throughout, this record needed to account not just for the immediate demolition zone but for adjacent areas where existing conditions could later be called into question. The result is a detailed, timestamped record of every pre-existing condition that the client can access at any time.
