Aerial Progress Videos / Status Updates

Using drone technology, we are able to capture the jobsite from an entirely different perspective than your standard progress photos.  Turn a contractual requirement into a great marketing and communication tool.  Everyone involved in the project - owners, architects, engineers, out-of-town stakeholders, subcontractors, craftsmen and project staff - take pride in their work and love to show it off.  If a picture is worth a thousand words, a progress video shot in high definition from an aerial platform is priceless.

Live Project Feed / On-Demand Time Lapse

New technology combines the project's operational need for a live feed of the jobsite with the marketing team's need for an impressive time lapse video into one system.  Additionally, using the On-Demand Time Lapse feature, the team no longer needs to wait until the end of the project to show off their hard work.  Showcase your current projects and past successes and leverage them into winning the next one.

3D Mapping

Imagine your next owners' or contractors' meeting - instead of pointing to a paper site plan hanging on the wall, you can fly around an up-to-date 3D map to highlight upcoming work areas, potential safety hazards, address housekeeping matters, and other topics for discussion.  This tool is also incredibly useful for communicating your Site Utilization Plan because of the ability to snap dimensions, make notes, overlay floor plans and calculate soil export volumes. Most importantly, it produces accurate and to-scale as-builts. Gone are the days of guessing where the PT tendons or underground utilities are located.  The possibilities for 3D Maps are endless!

360 Degree Photos

360 degree photos provide an interactive glance at the project.  It turns a regular photo into one that conveys a feeling of standing on the jobsite at that moment in time.  360 degree photos are especially useful in mock-ups, but because of how well they make a viewer feel like they are on the jobsite, they are quickly becoming a standard method to show progress in all areas of the project.

Pre & Post Construction Photo & Video Record

Often times a contractual requirement, and in all cases best practice, Pre and Post Construction Documentation is a crucial part of risk management.  With the technology available today, coupled with the litigation involved in construction and development, there is no legitimate reason to satisfy this requirement with just photos on a hard drive.  By using many of the systems outlined above, documenting preexisting conditions as well as the finished product is much faster to compile, easier and more intuitive to access, and provides much higher quality information should you need it at a later date.

Jobsite Surveillance

With the amount of valuable material being installed on today's projects, monitoring the jobsite has become crucial in efforts to reduce risk.  The first step is making sure the public knows the site is under surveillance. The second is to have the proper systems in place to identify a breach and notify the project personnel.  By using completely wireless cameras connected through the web to your phone and email, project teams are able to respond appropriately to threats in real time.

Aerial Photography

Ever wish you could show future tenants what the view from the top floor of your proposed development actually looks like?  Maybe that could be used to lease office space or rent out an apartment?  Need an aerial view of the project for a brochure?  Want to keep the community up to speed on progress and go from a noisy nuisance to a good neighbor?  Aerial photos provide endless opportunities to showcase your project in a way that traditional photos simply cannot match.
